Earth-system audits and commissioning

A defined inspection and measurement package for existing installations, handover and maintenance planning.

Establish the baseline

Provide the design drawings, previous test reports, modifications, earthing arrangement and protection information. State whether the purpose is construction handover, investigation of a defect or a periodic asset review.

Plan safe and meaningful verification

Agree isolation, access, permits and measurement methods with the site responsible person. Existing connections and parallel paths can affect what a reading represents. The report should describe the test arrangement and any constraints on interpretation.

Visual review may cover accessible bonding, connections, corrosion, identification and agreement with drawings. The scope must identify inaccessible or buried elements and the evidence needed to assess them.

Turn observations into actions

Deliver an inspection and test record with locations, observations, acceptance basis and recommended actions. Separate verified findings from items requiring further investigation. Assign responsibilities and closure evidence for outstanding issues.

A low resistance reading alone does not establish that every fault or touch-potential condition is safe. Relevant design and protection inputs remain part of the assessment.

Discuss the work package

Send the location, available drawings, engineering decision and required date. We will clarify the inputs and issue a defined scope.
